What you get
More than a desk
We are not a coworking space. The desk matters least: what counts is who you share it with.
Workspace
Desks, a meeting room and shared areas in a bright building in Madrid, with good transport links.
Support
You work next to a development and consulting team. When you get stuck on the technical side, there is someone to ask.
Mentoring
Someone follows your project with you, on both the technology and the business side.
Possible co-investment
If the project moves forward and we are a good fit, we talk about investing together. It is a possibility, not a promise.
Working together
We look with you for where we can help each other: shared projects, clients, contacts or teaching with us.
Studio and classrooms
The same space has The Singular Studio, for recording audio and video, and classrooms for rent for small groups.

We meet
We talk in an interview. We want to understand the project, and for you to see the space and the people.
Three months free
If your project is selected, you work from the hub for three months at no cost, with support and mentoring.
We carry on together
From month four, €120 per person a month. And, if it makes sense, we talk about co-investment.

Frequently asked questions
The first three months are free for selected projects. From month four it is €120 per person a month, VAT not included.
You write to us about your project and we call you for an interview. With that we decide whether we are a good fit. We do not publish places or deadlines: write to us and we will look at your case.
That, if the project moves forward and both sides are interested, we can talk about investing in it. It is looked at case by case.
In Madrid, at Avenida de la Ciudad de Barcelona, 132, a short walk from Atocha station and with metro lines 1 and 6.
A coworking space rents desks. Here you join with a project, by selection, and work alongside a technical team that supports you and follows your progress.
